Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We deliver seven days a week for orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders on zolanastore.com qualify for FREE shipping!

For domestic US orders, the estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Who delivers my order?

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier. Depending on your delivery location, UPS, USPS, or another available courier may also be used as an alternative.

Can I cancel my order?

My order arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the item. We will send you a replacement or issue a complete refund. If you would like to return the item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier to verify delivery. Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?

We always try to ship your entire order in a single package. However, orders may occasionally be split into multiple shipments due to product availability, vendor locations, or the size of the order. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please let us know right away so we can send the correct product along with a prepaid shipping label for returning the wrong item at no additional cost to you.
