Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please get in touch with us by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. IMPORTANT: Any item you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was not as described.

Sale or discounted items are treated as final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original payment method. Our customer support team strives to respond to all inquiries within 12 hours during regular business hours.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. For refund inquiries, please email support@zolanastore.com.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

IMPORTANT: Once a return has been initiated, your items must reach our warehouse within 14 days. If your items do not arrive within that timeframe, we reserve the right to decline the return. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions, including items that have been used, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing parts. Cases of suspected abuse or fraud will be handled accordingly.

My order arrived damaged or is missing

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the item. We will issue a replacement or provide a full refund. Should you wish to send the item back, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your order appears to be missing but tracking indicates it was delivered, we recommend contacting your local carrier to verify delivery status. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or cancelled.
