You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Your credit card is charged at the time your order is submitted. You will receive a confirmation email from support@zolanastore.com once payment has been successfully processed.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions on zolanastore.com are processed securely in United States Dollars (USD) using SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant payment gateways.
Purchases from Zolana Store will appear on your bank or credit card statement as ZOLANASTORE.COM. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us at support@zolanastore.com before initiating a dispute with your bank so we can help identify and resolve the charge.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our standard 30-day return policy once it arrives.

Shipping

All orders placed on zolanastore.com are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Sunday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
The estimated total delivery time is 4-7 business days for orders within the United States. This includes 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping transit.
Yes! Zolana Store offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us at support@zolanastore.com and we will do our best to assist you.
